Daily Fantasy Sports Sites Potentially in Violation of Seven Patents

LAS VEGAS (Courthouse News) - Tech companies claim DraftKings' and FanDuel's fantasy sports betting sites violate seven patents, and sued the companies in separate federal complaints.
    
Las Vegas-based CG Technology sued FanDuel on April 7 and DraftKings the next day. Co-plaintiffs in both lawsuits are Interactive Games Ltd., of London, England; and Interactive Games LLC, incorporated in Nevada with its principal place of business in New York City.
