Ryan Goins DFS Profile – May 10: 7-for-14 Versus Buchholz

Red Sox starting pitcher Clay Buchholz has been struggling of late and he’s not likely to get much of a breather against the likes of Toronto’s Ryan Goins.

The good news for Buchholz is that Goins hasn’t had any hits against Boston in this series thus far despite 7 at bats.

The bad news for Buchholz is that the Blue Jays leftie has gone 7-for-14 against him.  That includes one double, one triple and four RBIs.

Goins is priced at $2300, a bargain perhaps under these circumstances.  Still, one cannot overlook his poor play overall in the past 10 games. 

With 37 at bats, Goins has only hit 8 while accumulating 3 RBIs, 2 triples and a double. 

The price is good enough to pull the trigger though based on past history against Buchholz.
