DFS911.com has your daily fantasy sports MLB picks and previews for May 19 and beyond.
Bryce Harper has been on fire of late, hitting in all but one of his last ten games. He has two or more hits in all but two of those games. And guess what? He is 5-for-13 against Nathan Eovaldi.
As ESPN.com notes, the fact remains that Eovaldi is plainly quite hittable. The six hits he gave up Tuesday match his low for the season, and he has already given up five home runs through seven starts.
Ryan Zimmerman has hit in nine of his last ten and is 3-for-8 with two homeruns against Eovaldi.
Wilson Ramos has hit in all but one of his last ten games as well and is 5-for-14 against Eovaldi.
Gerardo Parra is a must for your daily fantasy roster Tuesday. Why?
He’s 8-for-14 at bats against Detroit’s Anibal Sanchez with 2 doubles and 2 RBIs.
He’s averaging a .467 ERA over the past seven days and has hit in seven of his last ten games.
But best of all, Parra is priced only at $2500.
Michael Brantley is 10-for-20 versus Jose Quintana with 3 doubles, a homerun and 5 RBIs.
Mike Aviles has also been hot against Quintana, going 9-for-21 with a single RBI. He was expected to bat sixth in the order for this series.
The Dodgers Adrian Gonzalez is batting at .356 right now and has gone 10-for-27 against Tim Hudson with 5 RBIs.
Ricky Liriano needs to be careful of Eduardo Nunez, who is currently hitting at .409 with 3-for-4 against Liriano.
Corey Hart has struggled of late but, in this situation, he may excel at a decent price. He is 5-for-16 with 4 RBIs and a homerun against the Twins Ricky Nolasco.
